| 2 bedroom 1 bathroom by the beach and metro, has a living
room with 2 sofas, TV, CD stereo, Air Conditioning, heating, dining room
table sits 6. Kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, washer, dishwasher, pots/pans, dishes, etc. Master bedroom has queen size bed with a separate twin bed and a built in closet. Second bedroom has twin bunkbeds with a separate twin bed. Sleeps 6 total in beds, the bunkbeds might be too small for a large adult. I do have an inflatable queen size mattress if needed. Large bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet, bidette. Clean towels and sheets for all beds included. Large balcony. Seven minute walk to Malvarrosa/Las Arenas beach. Beach has Europes highest Blue Flag rating. Cabanyal District, two minute walk to Dr. Lluch metro station, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Mercadona Supermarket is a three minute walk away. Central Valencia is 2.5 kilometers away. I will also consider long term stays.
