House: Detached house "Fraquella" is in the countryside, outside the resort, 6 km from the centre of Ourol. Private: grounds 1100 m2. Motor access to the house (700 m via unmade road). Bar 350 m, bus stop 80 m. Very quiet possition. Beaches at Covas in Viveiro, San Román and Xilloi, 15 to 20 Km. Heated swimming pool at Viveiro, 15 km. It is possible to explore the area by following one of the countless walks or even discover the meaning of life on horseback! Riding school at San Pedro de Viveiro, 10 km. Guided tours are available at the fish farm, 1 km. At Cahvín, 10 km, there is an area with eucalipti which have been classed the largest in Europe.Interior: 5-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels, simple furnishings: kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, deep freezer) with dining table. Upper floor: living/dining room 15 m2, with TV. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 room, without wardro, with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 bed. Hip bath/bidet/WC. Terrace furniture. View of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Lower floor: Kitchen/dining room. Electric rediators. Wooden floors.
