Room cleaning daily (included). Motor access to the house (70 m via unmade road). Shop, restaurant 500 m. Sandy beach 500 m. The swimming pool and the outdoor shower are 70 m from the house. Daily cleaning takes 2 hours. It is possible to hire a car, please contact the keyholder.Interior: 5-room house 200 m2: living/dining room 22 m2, with open fireplace, satellite-TV and stereo unit, exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds. 3 double bedrooms.
