Please note: car essential. The house is situated in a finca of 150 hectares, with 2 other houses.Interior: "Can Trullàs", 5-room house 200 m2 on 2 levels, rustic furnishings: entrance hall 20 m2. Living room with open fireplace, TV, video, radio and CD-player, exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 double sofa bed, exit to the garden. Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, deep freezer). Bath/bidet/WC. Gas heating. On the lower ground floor: double bedroom. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm), bath/bidet/WC. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed, exit to the terrace. Bath/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Large terrace 40 m2.
